Lynn-terventions

Consultancy & Advisory

I am an experienced consultant across the third, public and private sectors. I specialise in stakeholder engagement, meaningful lived experience involvement, and I use tools like Psychological Safety Indexing and Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid to drive real change.

Training & Facilitation

I have over a decade of experience in learning and development, obtaining four train the trainer qualifications, and I use this to design and deliver flexible (and fun!) training, tailored to suit your needs. I also host events & chair working groups to spark meaningful conversations and support diverse participation.

Values & Voice

I am an expert in identifying key messages and conveying complex information in clear and creative ways, internally and externally. I offer support through impactful speaking engagements, training sessions and content strategies.

  • “Lynn is bursting with energy, enthusiasm and drive. I loved working with her on projects - she'd always 'get it done' and is a classic completer/finisher who gives so much attention to what she does. Never one to shy away from a laugh, or from saying yes to a new idea, Lynn is a force to be reckoned with and her work ethic is inspiring.”

Chris Grant, Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

  • “I have always known Lynn as an innovator who consistently goes the extra mile to create new and impactful ways to engage even the most marginalised groups in her projects. Lynn's commitment to equality and inclusion cannot be emphasised enough, and her welcoming, warm and friendly presence made Lynn an absolute pleasure to work with.”

Jodie, Student Development Co-ordinator, Strathclyde Students’ Union

  • “Lynn is a warm and encouraging leader and collaborates enthusiastically on every project she is involved with. She is positive about the value of lived experience in mental health and co-ordinates the work of volunteers really well. Lynn is passionate about equality and diversity and is a real joy to work with. She will be an asset to any team she becomes part of.”

Dawn Getcliffe, NHS Education for Scotland

  • “Lynn is such a kind, friendly, and encouraging person. I attended one of Lynn's workshops and it was very engaging and full of positive energy. She is my go-to person if I want to brainstorm or ask questions about anything related to diversity and inclusion. Highly recommend working with Lynn for anybody who wants to learn more about inclusion and engagement!'“
