It was a rewarding (and sweaty) couple of days last week with Pollokshaws Community Hub training up staff and volunteers on Scottish Mental Health First Aid.

Their groups are such a resource for the community and it was fab to hear how they will apply this in their front line work. Some great discussions on self-medicating, supporting psychosis and there was a great increase in confidence from participants.
