Here's one I prepared earlier...

A few weeks ago I chaired a virtual meeting. It was for a crucial piece of mental health work with Change Mental Health around early intervention in psychosis.

Approximately 1,600 people in Scotland experience a first episode of psychosis each year.

Since the quarter January-March 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began, the Esteem service in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has experienced an increase of 20-25% in caseload.

It's really important that when we get together online to talk about these issues that we all feel included and engaged, including people with lived experience.

I've attached a collation of useful resources to find out more about running inclusive online meetings and events. If you want more support, reach out and I can let you know about training I can run.

Still just sending a link to your online events? Cummon, let's do better than that.
